Payment Policy & Refund Terms

1. Payment Obligation

All students applying to the program are required to submit payment in full according to the payment instructions outlined by the institution. Payments must be made in accordance with the specified payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfers, credit cards, or other approved electronic payment methods.

By submitting payment, the student acknowledges their obligation to pay the full amount due as set forth in the enrollment agreement. The institution reserves the right to refuse enrollment or access to the program until the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to the institution are non-refundable, regardless of the student’s decision to withdraw or cancel participation in the program. This policy applies to all payments made, including but not limited to tuition fees, administrative fees, and any other associated costs, regardless of the timing of such payments.

The student acknowledges that no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, dismissal, failure to meet program requirements, or non-completion of the program.

3. Payment Errors and Responsibilities

It is the student’s sole responsibility to ensure that all payment details are accurately provided, including the correct reference number, payment amount, and any other necessary information. Any errors in payment, such as incorrect reference numbers, missing payments, or payments made to incorrect accounts, are the sole responsibility of the student.

The institution shall not be liable for any payment discrepancies resulting from the student's failure to verify or confirm payment details prior to submission. In the event of a payment error, the student may be required to make a new payment or correct the error, at their own cost and within a reasonable time frame, to ensure their continued participation in the program.

4. No Liability for Payment Delays or Failures

The institution disclaims any liability for delays or failures in the payment process that are caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to errors in the payment system, delays by financial institutions, or technological failures. In such cases, the student acknowledges that the institution will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues; however, the student remains responsible for ensuring the timely processing of their payment.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Once payment is processed and confirmed, the student's enrollment is considered final, and the student will be bound by the terms of this agreement.

In the event that a student voluntarily withdraws from the program, no refund will be issued for any payments made, regardless of the timing or reason for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not entitle the student to a refund, and the student remains liable for the full payment amount.

6. Financial Hardship and Special Circumstances

While the institution has a strict non-refund policy, the institution may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional cases of financial hardship or other special circumstances. In such cases, the student may submit a written request outlining the circumstances and supporting documentation. However, such requests are subject to approval, and no refunds will be provided unless explicitly authorized by the institution in writing.

7. Program Continuation and Access

In the event of non-payment or failure to meet payment obligations, the institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate the student’s access to the program. The student will not be permitted to continue the program until full payment has been received and processed.

8. Payment Confirmation and Receipt

Upon receipt of payment, the institution will issue a confirmation of payment, including an itemized receipt outlining the amounts paid. This receipt will be sent to the student via email or other specified communication channels. It is the student’s responsibility to retain this receipt for their records and to provide it in the event of any disputes or inquiries regarding the payment.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Payment Policy and Refund Terms will be resolved in accordance with the institution’s dispute resolution procedures. These procedures will include negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, at the institution’s discretion.

This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country Name], and any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which the institution is located.

10. Changes to Payment Policy

The institution reserves the right to amend or update this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the student, and the student will be required to acknowledge the updated terms before continuing their participation in the program.
